We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer to join us at The Switch to be part of our mission to electrify the world with game-changing green technologies! You will have the opportunity to join our Customer Service team, responsible for technical and site support as well as spare parts sales to our customers. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, where most of the team is based, but Lappeenranta or Helsinki is also possible. Key focus areas

• Acting as the contact for our global customers, addressing inquiries about our power electronics products and services
• Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, including mainly remote technical after-sales support with occasional on-site work
• The full scope of tasks can be tailored according to the applicant’s previous experience and customer needs

An ideal candidate has 

• A degree in electrical engineering and hands-on experience with power electronics products
• A service-minded and adaptable way of working, combined with a passion for hands-on problem-solving
• Experience with Office 365 as well as CRM and/or ERP tools
• Good communication and English language skills

Bonus points for

• Experience of working on site with technical problem-solving
• Experience in technical roles within the marine industry
• Proficiency in other languages, such as Finnish or Swedish

The recruitment process

• The process is expected to be finalized by February 15, 2026, with a start date to be agreed upon 

The starting salary for this role ranges from approximately €3,300 to €4,300. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills and experience.
