For the summer of 2026, we are looking for trainees to strengthen our teams, both in technical and support tasks. We expect you to be a student in a suitable field for the specific task and have good communication skills in Finnish and English.

 

SUMMER JOB POSITIONS 2026

Electromagnetic Design Trainees

• Join our performance engineering team either in Helsinki or Lappeenranta to help create our game-changing green technologies.
• The task can be tailored according to your previous experience and preferences but includes the electromagnetic and cooling design of electric machines, wiring diagrams, specifications, test programs and results.
• Knowledge of rotating electric machines, flow and thermodynamics, electromagnetic finite element analysis, AutoCAD or Python is an asset but not mandatory.

Test Systems Engineer trainees

• Join our Test Systems team in the Lappeenranta factory to verify our product performance.
• Some knowledge of electrical installations, electrical machines and mechanical assembly or testing will help you succeed in the
• The task can be tailored according to your previous experience and preferences but includes preparing and creating test reports and test forms as well as participating in electrical installations and design.

Production Engineer trainees

• Join our Operations team in the Vaasa factory to advance the production of our power electronics.
• Some knowledge of electrical machines or power electronics will help you succeed in the role.
• The task can be tailored according to your previous experience and preferences but includes production scheduling, developing work instructions and other production improvements, as well as participating in daily management tasks.

Sales & Project Management trainees

• Join our Sales team in Lappeenranta to turn concepts into delivered solutions – ensuring customer success along the way.
• The task can be tailored according to your previous experience and preferences but includes working with sales and delivery projects as well as managing technical or commercial matters with our multinational customers.
• Knowledge in the field of electrical or electromechanical engineering is an asset but not mandatory.

Purchasing trainees

• Join our Purchasing team either in Lappeenranta or Vaasa to interact with our supplier chain and secure the right materials at the right time.
• The task can be tailored according to your previous experience and preferences but includes order backlog and invoice handling, indirect purchasing and sending requests for quotations.
• Technical knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods and drawings is an asset but not mandatory.

Accounting trainees

• Join our Finance team in Vaasa to keep our numbers accurate and financial operations efficient.
• The task can be tailored according to your previous experience and preferences but includes processing purchase invoices and other accounting tasks.

HR trainees

• Join our HR team either in Vaasa or Lappeenranta to develop our most valuable resource – our people.
• The task can be tailored according to your previous experience and preferences but includes a wide variety of personnel-related tasks, such as payroll, recruitment, internal communication, processes, records and reports.

The salary for each trainee ranges between 2 000 € and 2 800 €/month + benefits, which is set based on your education level and possible previous experience. Before the end of the summer, we’ll offer you the opportunity to discuss a possible continuation with us, for example, alongside your studies. Please note: all applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
