Key areas of focus 

• Leading the production team of 15 people, ensuring that targets are met efficiently but safely in terms of quality, production volumes and schedules
• Managing production deviations by defining immediate and corrective measures, reporting, and further instructing employees
• Developing production processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, mainly production planning, testing and material management

An ideal candidate has 

• BSc in relevant technical field, or strong experience of working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience of team management, with a safety-oriented approach to work
• Excellent skills in Finnish (written and spoken) and good skills in English
• Solid knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
• A proactive mindset combined with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement

The starting salary for this role ranges from approximately €3,400 to €3,800. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills and experience.
