Key areas of focus 

• Manage and develop product and process quality in Finland and China
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 standards
• Conduct internal, customer and third-party quality audits
• Execute quality inspections for key components and final products
• Investigate root causes and report findings
• Opportunity for supervisory responsibilities, depending on your skills and interest

An ideal candidate has 

• A mix of technical expertise, leadership skills and a strong understanding of management systems
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, with approximately
  5+ years of experience in similar tasks
• Knowledge of and experience in auditing quality, environmental, OHS and information security systems
• Proficiency in quality tools (8D, 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Diagram) and solid knowledge of Office 365
• Excellent communication skills and sufficient language skills in both Finnish and English
• Ability to travel in Finland and China (approximately 3–4 times per year)

Bonus points for 

• Knowledge and understanding of the way of working by Lean principles
• Experience in cross-cultural manufacturing and industrial environments
• Knowledge and/or experience with frequency converters or rotating electrical machines

The starting salary for this role ranges from approximately €4000 to €5500. The final salary will be determined based on the tailored responsibilities in the task and the candidate’s skills and experience.
