Key areas of focus 

• Standard production support, both internal and outsourced:
  • Refine designs to be complete and compatible for localized production
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and instructions
  • Identify and address needs for serial production
  • Coordinate change management for standard products
• Prototype manufacturing pre-conditions:
  • Ensure sufficient design documentation
  • Manage changes during prototype manufacturing and maintain change log
• The full scope of the task can be tailored according to the applicant’s experience and interests

An ideal candidate has 

• Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or other related field, but applications from motivated soon-to-be graduates are also encouraged
• Previous experience in Autodesk Inventor or similar MCAD software
• A proactive mindset with a strong ability to learn new concepts and processes, combined with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
• An organized way of working with good communication and English language skills

Bonus points for 

• Knowledge of production technology and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge and/or experience of frequency converters
• Finnish language skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

The recruitment process

The starting salary for this role ranges from approximately 3000€ to 4500€. The final salary will be determined based on the tailored responsibilities in the task, and the candidate's skills and experience.
