Key areas of focus

• Developing and designing test systems, including thermal, mechanical and electrical systems
• Planning and organizing test system maintenance

 An ideal candidate has

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or electromechanical engineering – or equivalent experience
• Experience with converters or electrical machines and a hands-on attitude
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and English
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bonus points for

• Experience of testing and/or electrical installation
• Knowledge of LabVIEW and/or Beckhoff automation system 
• Willingness to continuously improve personal and team performance
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills and integrating them into company processes

The recruitment process

• We will keep in touch with you throughout the recruitment process
• Selected candidates will have 2–3 interviews with HR and the hiring manager
• The process is expected to be finalized during March 2025, with a flexible start date

The starting salary for this role ranges from approximately €3,000 to €3,600. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills and experience.
