Key areas of focus

• Serving as the contact for our global customers, addressing inquiries about all our products and services
• Providing excellent customer service, including technical after-sales support and ensuring timely delivery of the right spare parts in a fast-paced environment
• Developing and coordinating processes and tools in close collaboration with our sales, product development, purchasing and production teams
• The full scope of tasks can be tailored according to the applicant’s experience and interests

An ideal candidate has 

• A degree in electrical engineering or another relevant field, with work experience in customer-facing roles
• A service-minded, adaptable and organized way of working, combined with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Experience using Office 365 and CRM and/or ERP tools
• Good communication and English language skills

Bonus points for

• Experience in technical roles within the wind power or marine industries
• Knowledge of power electronics products
• Proficiency in other languages (such as Finnish, Swedish)

The recruitment process

• Selected candidates will have 2–3 interviews with HR and the hiring manager 
• The process is expected to be finalized by 28.2.2025, with a start date to be agreed upon 

The starting salary for this role ranges from approximately €3,000 to €4,000. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s skills and experience.
