You will have the opportunity to join our Operations team at the Vaasa factory, to handle capacity management and production planning as we ramp up a new Power Electronics production line. Key areas of focus 

• Production support, development and deviation management for two production lines
• Production tools, calibrations, investments and 5S factory audits
• MES usage, including maintaining the production line work orders, working instructions and forms
• The full scope of the task can be tailored according to the applicant’s experience and interests

An ideal candidate has 

• Experience with operational aspects within a manufacturing industry
• B.Sc. in Engineering, but applications from motivated soon-to-be graduates are also encouraged
• Solid knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint)
• A proactive mindset with a strong ability to learn new concepts and processes, combined with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
• An organized way of working, excellent teamwork and good communication and language skills (spoken and written) in both Finnish and English

Bonus points for 

• Knowledge of MES and ERP systems
• Knowledge and understanding of the way of working by Lean principles
• Knowledge and/or experience of frequency converters or rotating electrical machines

The starting salary for this role ranges from approximately €2,800 to €3,500. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's skills and experience.
